The aim of this service is to facilitate fully or partially, the management services of projects from Project Initiation Stage to Certification of Completed Works. Projects/Works include Civil, Services, Structural, Buildings, Roads, and ancillary works. The Scope of Services offered includes proposal for Services and Confirmation of Appointment; confirmation of Client Needs; design and detailing of Project; Quantity Surveying (Bill of Quantities); Contract Documentation; Invitation to Quote/Tender; Evaluation and Interim Reporting; Appointment of Contractor(s)/Sub-Contractor(s); Construction Arrangements; Programming; Construction Monitoring including Cost, Quality and Progress Control; Site Inspections, Site Meetings and Site Instructions; Certification of payments; Certification of Works on Completion including Structural Certification where applicable; and Evaluation and classification of “defects in terms of scope and severity (structural risk)”.
